Jim is a devoted husband to Kim and father to Dillon, Zack, Jamie, and Jordyn.  Jim began serving at St. Paul Lutheran School in the Summer of 2008 as principal.  He began serving in Lutheran schools in 1988 at St. Paul Lutheran School in Boca Raton, Florida.  He also served for five years at Trinity Lutheran School in Clinton Township, Michigan before moving to Peachtree City, Georgia.  Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in education from the University of South Florida, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University, and a Lutheran Colloquy Teaching certification from Concordia Bronxville College.  Jim loves his wife and family and values every minute watching his children participate in activities.  He also enjoys sports, fantasy football, reading, and serving others.

Joanne came to St. Paul in 1998 as a school parent.  In 2004 she joined the staff as a preschool aide.  She has been the school office manager since 2007.  Prior to St Paul, Joanne was employed as a Station Manager in the car rental industry.  Joanne was married to her husband RJ for seventeen years.  Their children, Ashley and Jared, both attended St. Paul.  Joanne enjoys getting lost in a new book, watching movies, traveling to spend time with family and loved ones.  Joanne is inspired by the congregation as well as the staff and amazing volunteers that faithfully serve in all aspects of our ministry.  “I feel blessed to be a part of the St. Paul family!”

Brenda Spieler is originally from Southern Illinois where most of her family still lives today.  They are huge St. Louis Cardinals fans!  Brenda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in history and specialized in middle school education from Concordia University of Chicago.   She moved to Georgia in the summer of 2000 when she began teaching at St. Paul Lutheran School. Brenda teaches middle school history, art, PE, and health.  She is also the Athletic Director and volleyball coach at St. Paul.  In her spare time, Brenda spends time with her family, runs, and coaches club volleyball.

Mark Abresch has been a teacher at St. Paul Lutheran School since 1999.  Before coming to St. Paul, he taught in Holyoke, Massachusetts for six years and in Hialeah, Florida for 11 years.  He received his undergraduate degree from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, and received his Masters in Middle School Science Education from Western Governor’s University in 2012.   Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and his two lovely grandchildren.  In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar and bicycling.

Katherine is a St. Paul alumnus, having graduated in 2004. She moved on to attend Berry College where she earned a Bachelors Degree in English and a Secondary Education Minor. It was at Berry that she realized how much she loves teaching children and imparting her passion for literature and English on them. With this passion in mind, she worked hard to achieve a Masters Degree in Reading and Literacy from Georgia State in 2014.

Brenda is a graduate of Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois. She has been teaching since 1986. She has taught in several different Lutheran Schools at a variety of age levels.  She loves spending time with her husband Michael and daughter Megan.  Together they like to travel, hike and visit family.  Reading and gardening are favorite pastimes for Brenda. She is excited to be part of the St. Paul team and enjoys the passion for teaching and love for the Lord which is evident in her colleagues.

Kiara grew up in Indiana where her family still lives. (Go Colts!) She graduated from Concordia University Chicago. Kiara moved to Georgia in summer of 2011 and began teaching in the fall. She loves how St. Paul has become her southern family. Her favorite subjects to teach are Social Studies and Literature. In addition to teaching, Kiara coaches Track and Field and is the faculty sponsor of St. Paul’s Beta Club.

Molly is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska and attended Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and has been teaching at St. Paul since 2011. She began as the Kindergarten teacher where she served for two years before moving to third grade. Molly enjoys teaching because she is able to be a first-hand witness to the spiritual, academic, emotional, and physical growth of her students. Molly also serves as the soccer coach at St. Paul. She enjoys serving on the Children’s Ministry team and helping with Sunday School. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to visit family and friends and exploring new places!

Shelby has been a second grade teacher at St. Paul Lutheran Church and School since the fall of 2010. She has been a member of St. Paul church since the spring 2012. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, and taking her dog to the dog park.

Jenny is originally from Alabama where she grew up on a poultry farm.  She graduated from the University of Alabama and Concordia University Texas in Austin.  Jenny has taught 2nd grade and special education in Texas and Missouri.  After moving to the Peachtree City area in 2014, Jenny was happy to join the staff at St. Paul.  She is excited to continue her ministry as a Lutheran school teacher.

Pamela Dietrich is a graduate of Concordia University in Irvine, CA. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Special Education. Pamela comes to St. Paul from the Joseph Sams School where she learned how to truly individualize education to meet the needs of students and to provide a positive environment that helps students feel loved and accepted for who they are. Her goal is to incorporate all these traits into the kindergarten class to help students reach their maximum potential. In her spare time, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family at home, swimming together, and golf carting around PTC.

Brenda is from Dundee, Illinois and attended Elgin College for her degree in Early Childhood Education. Brenda is married and has two grown children. Brenda has been teaching at St. Paul Lutheran Church and School since the school opened in 1997.  In her teaching the past 25 years, she enjoys sharing the love of Jesus with her families. Brenda and her family attend St. Paul Lutheran Church. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, boating and the outdoors.

Michelle has over 10 years experience within the educational environment. She has worked in the Exceptional Children’s Service department for Fayette County schools for several years and served the past 3 years at The Joseph Sams School as a Collaborative Teacher. She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University.  Her graduate studies and educational undertakings include ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and Behavior classroom management with a concentration in Autism. Michelle’s focus is to inspire a child to focus on their strengths and keep moving forward.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching classic movies and spending time with her husband and two boys (well…when one is home from college).  If the family is not at a theme park then you can be sure they are planning their next park adventure.

Linda was born in North Dakota and lived in Iowa and Illinois before attending Concordia College, River Forest, IL (now Concordia University, Chicago).  Linda and her husband have lived in the wine country of Sonoma County, the City of Orange near Disneyland and on a little hobby farm in Southwest Missouri before Paul accepted the call as Pastor at St. Paul.

Linda earned her degree in elementary education with concentrations in English and Theology.  She says, “I teach because I love to share knowledge.  I feel so excited when I see lightbulbs of understanding turn on.  There’s so much happening in a person’s brain from 3-5 years old, and I love to be a catalyst for learning. Most of all, I love to share the knowledge of Jesus’ love with these kiddos and their families.” Linda enjoys reading, watching movies, playing games and knitting.  She loves to laugh and live life to the fullest!

Kay is from Gainesville, Florida and attended Brevard College in North Carolina. Kay is married and has two grown boys. Kay has been involved in a private school setting as a teacher or teacher’s aide from Pre-K 2 – Kindergarten for 20 years. Ronda moved to Newnan, GA  from Cincinnati, Ohio in 2007.  Ronda and her Family became church members at St. Paul in 2008.  In 2009 she became a volunteer for the school and church side of St. Paul.  In 2012 she became the Lead teacher on Mother’s Morning Out(MMO) and also was the Aide in Prek 2.  She still volunteers her time at St. Paul Church and School.  Ronda is married to Chris and they have a daughter Evelyn, who also attends St. Paul School.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, crafts, cooking, music and going to the movies with her daughter.

Karina graduated from Georgia State University in 1998 with a BS in Psychology and concentrations in secondary social studies and math/technology education.  After graduation Karina taught math at McIntosh High School for three years and then became a stay-at-home-mom when her second child (Jackson) was born.  Karina returned to teaching in 2008 when she was appointed the director of her church preschool.  In 2009 Karina joined the team at St. Paul Lutheran as an advanced math & technology teacher.  In her spare time, Karina can be found at the barn with her family & horses or strolling around her favorite little town of Senoia!

Maria joined the staff of St. Paul Lutheran Church and School as the Marketing and Admissions Director in October of 2015. She obtained a BBA from the University of Hawaii and has several years’ experience in the corporate world as well as the educational field, having previously worked at St. Paul Lutheran School many years ago as the computer and math teacher. Maria feels blessed to have rejoined the St. Paul family. She is happily married to her husband, Jim, and is the mother of two grown children, Natalie and Gregory. In her spare time, Maria loves to travel, spend time with her family and plays the flute in two local area flute choirs.

Kim has been married to Daniel since 1992 and is Mother to 3 College and High School aged children.  The Langner family moved to Atlanta from Cincinnati, Ohio in 2008.   Because of the warm family welcome they received they quickly decided to join the St. Paul Church family.  Kim attended the University of Cincinnati and was employed by American Airlines for 21 years.   She is excited to be working with the After School Program.  She enjoys watching her own children participate in their various sports activities, as well as singing in the St. Paul Praise Band and traveling with her fun family.

Bill is originally from the Hoffman Estates, IL. and was directed by our Lord to St. Paul Lutheran Church & School in 1997.  Previously, Bill has worked in the commercial/industrial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration (HVACR) and roofing industries for 25+ years in the metro Chicago area.  Bill attended Concordia University Wisconsin.  Even though, he has lived in Peachtree City, GA. since 2007, he still is an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan.  In his spare time, he enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling to far away lands.  Some of his favorites are Italy and the Holy Land.  Bill says, “It is an amazing experience to walk in the footsteps of the Master!”

Joanne married her husband Mark in 2005 at the historical Starr’s Mill.  She moved to Peachtree City in 2014 and was formerly a resident of Fayetteville, Georgia.  Her three grown children are Amy Beshers (Atlanta, GA), Michael Beshers (Williamson, GA) and Joseph Beshers (McDonough, GA).  She also has four granddaughters that are very dear to her heart. Joanne joined the St. Paul staff in the summer of 2015 and is very excited to be a part of the team.  Joanne loves her daily walks by the lake in Peachtree City with her dog Jezze.  In her spare time she enjoys aerobics, bike riding, swimming, travelling and just spending time with her family.
